Matthias Rhein is a highly experienced finance policy advisor, whom until joining Seventythree was a senior policy advisor at the UK Department for International Development (DFID), and a former member of the UK Prime Minister’s Expert Group on Climate Finance.
He has particular expertise in system dynamics, natural resource economics, renewable energy, forestry, land reform and investment analysis.
