Adrian Wells has over 14 years experience in ‘resource trap’ economies, including support to institutional change and low-carbon investment, as well as natural-resource governance; poverty and decentralisation.
He spent several years living in Indonesia advising DFID, the FCO and Indonesian national and regional government on issues including low-carbon development, sustainable palm oil production (working with buyers and producers), illegal logging and legal verification systems through the VERIFOR initiative.
